UK and Barbados signed Double Taxation Convention

Signed, but not in force

A new Double Taxation Agreement between the UK and Barbados was signed in Barbados on 26 April 2012 by Henry Bellingham MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and George Hutson, Minister of International Business and International Transport, Barbados.

This new Double Taxation Agreement replaces the existing Double Taxation Agreement of 1970.

The Double Taxation Agreement enters into force once both countries have completed their legislative procedures.
