Hong Kong and Indonesia tax treaty in force
From 16 April 2012
Theagreement between Hong Kong and the Republic of Indonesia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has entered into force.
The agreement was signed in March 2010. It will have effect in Hong Kong for any year of assessment beginning on or after April 1, 2013.
